New Jersey, Ohio Settle with State Pension Insurer for $400M

The states of New Jersey and Ohio have gotten a $400 million settlement from the company which provided insurance for state pension and workers compensation programs. The main plaintiffs in the lawsuit included pension plans and workers compensation plans from Ohio and New Jersey, which claimed that the insurance company had made misleading statements to investors.
