The highest court in Massachusetts has ruled in favor of a Peabody teacher who was injured while chaperoning a school ski trip. A new study published by the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Public Health found that the cost of workers compensation for Illinois construction workers is mostly dependent on the severity of the injury, not the cost of legal fees.
