The accident occured around 8 a.m. at an oil rig in Oklahoma. According to officials, oil rig workers were lifting a pipe when it suddenly broke loose. The 3,000-4,000 pound pipe fell on a trailer, sliced through the top and hit a 35-year-old worker who was inside. He died instantly. The Occupational Health and Safety Administration is doing a full investigation into this fatal workplace accident.
