The Occupational Health and Safety Administration is investigating a workplace accident that took the life of a 20-year-old man. If your loved has been injured or worse on the job, the New Jersey workers compensation lawyers of Levinson & Axelrod may be able to help you fight for what you deserve.

The man was working at TeligentEMS in Havana on Dec. 9 when a barrel exploded on him. He had been using a blow torch on this barrel to cut through it. The barrel had alcohol residue on it. He was being treated in the hospital for third-degree burns, but he died on New Year’s day.

If you or someone you loved has been injured on the job, contact the New Jersey workers compensation lawyers of Levinson & Axelrod by calling 800-346-5529.
