Employers warned by OSHA to provide protection for employees

Posted on Thursday, March 11th, 2010 at 9:39 am

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration sent letters to 15,000 employers this week to alert them of troubling statistics regarding workplace injuries and illnesses. OSHA will alert companies whose cases of injury and illness exceed the national average and will request that they take the proper steps to ensure the safety of their employees.

If you have been hurt in an accident at work, contact the New Jersey workers compensation attorneys of Levinson Axelrod, P.A. at 800-346-5529 to discuss your legal options.
