<p>The man was working on a pool construction project at a home when he fell into the auger, a device that moves material by rotating it. The details of how he fell are unknown at this point.</p>
<p>Officials have said that the man&#8217;s death was caused by the injuries that were sustained in his legs. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration will be conducting a full investigation into the accident.</p>

<p>The accident occurred at 8:30 a.m. as the man used an excavator to move the assembly and the excavator broke. The assembly shifted for an unknown reason and broke through the window and broke the man&#8217;s leg.</p>
<p>The man is currently in the hospital in good condition. The man has worked for the company for 10 years and an official with the company said this was the only injury during the high school&#8217;s two year reconstruction program.</p>

<p>The man was working to place columns in a building that would support the roof. As the workers built this a 20-by-20 section of the roof collapsed onto the man and he was killed instantly.</p>
<p>Other employees were also injured in the accident, chunks of concrete fell on one man as he was trapped in the collapsed building for nearly two hours. Another employee was treated for head injury but later released.</p>

<p>The demolition workers were employed by Clean Air Environmental. The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration are expected to send officials to the scene to conduct a full investigation.</p>
