A trucking company based in Colonie, NY has been ordered by the state to pay $315,600 to the New York insurance fund after it was discovered that the company was underreporting payroll in order to avoid paying for workers’ compensation. A worker at a Green-Bay packaging company was killed while working on the wheels on his semi-trailer earlier this month.
